Hi Carol,

Yes, do you get a System Error about the index 'IX_UCASCourseCodeConstraint'?

If so, it's because the OfferingCopy stored procedure inserts blanks rather null in to the UCASCourseCode field and the index only excludes nulls. We amended our stored procedure and updated the field to null where it was already blank, which seems to have worked. Advanced also advised that you can simply delete the index until it's resolved on their side.
