Good morning everyone Our client is looking for a GIS/Data Management Support Technician for a 5 week contract. This will be based in Cardiff. Starting 6th August. Ideally you will have the following:- Must be a competent, experienced user of ArcGIS Use and manage an ArcGIS Online Organisation including Collector for ArcGIS and Survey123 for ArcGIS Some experience and/or a basic understanding of the mining industry (or alternatively the earth science sector) Some experience or knowledge in the development and manipulation of field data capture systems, GPS data, geographic coordinate systems Preparation of technical figures, diagrams and scaled drawings and maps for technical reports Basic competency in MS Excel, MS Access and general data management Preferable Additional Experience: Experience with other GIS packages including Global Mapper and AutoCAD An understanding of how GIS data can be incorporated into technical studies across a wide variety of technical discipline Remote sensing skills or experience Knowledge and management of geodatabases For more details please email me [log in to unmask] or call me directly on 01932 578286.
