Heritage Learning and Participation Manager (Parental Leave Cover) at Toynbee Hall, Aldgate, East London

Role type: Full Time

Hours: 35 hours per week

Contract type: Fixed Term Contract

Salary: £32,000 per annum

Contract length: minimum of 9 months. Secondments would be considered.

The Heritage Learning and Participation Manager (Parental Leave Cover) is our dedicated heritage learning and participation role. The postholder develops, leads and delivers our HLF-funded Activity Plan, 'Revealing Social Reform, Renewing Social Action' ensuring that all key performance indicators and targets are met and a high quality heritage learning experience becomes integral to Toynbee Hall.

Based within our Redevelopment Department but collaborating with colleagues from other teams around financial inclusion, wellbeing, volunteering, evaluation, marketing and communications, the Heritage Learning and Participation Manager will develop audience-focused learning and participation activities for our clients and local people, as set out in the Activity Plan, with a strong focus on social action.

This is a great opportunity to experience working within an organisation running local council-funded wellbeing programmes, an accredited learning programme and a youth programme.

Toynbee Hall will consider secondments for this post.

This post is part funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund.

The closing date for this opportunity will be: Monday 30th July 2018, 9am.
