Hello team,
I administer multiple servers here at NIH that want to use the current FSL suite. The install is well written and the applications all work except FSLEYES. I’ve had this for both the bundled and the standalone versions.
My environment is that the application is installed on a Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.5 VMWare virtual machine. It is accessed from Windows using an ssh tunnel. When starting the splash screen, splashes in the monitor and disappears. The controlling session displays the following:
[burgessbe@ai-appinindsprd1 local]$ /usr/local/fsl/bin/fsl &
