Hi FSL team, I ran single subject ICA on one of my participants but the registration came out very bad. I cannot attach the image as it's too big. The structural data is very clean. Also, the motion parameters of resting state data show low motion (e.g., relative displacement=0.03, absolute displacement=0.09, mean FD= 0.059). I checked the voxel size of the resting state data; its 3*3*3. There is no obvious pathology in the brain. Does anyone know how I can improve my registration.
