Dear experts, I have a 4D image (matrix: 80x80x40x180, voxel size: 3x3x3.6) and I want to reslice all its volumes to the dimension of a 3D ROI image (matrix:60x72x60, voxel size: 3x3x3), without any registration. In other words, I just want to reslice the 4D images. I tried doing the following, but it shifts the brain of the functional image to the side of its bounding box: flirt -in 4Dimg.nii.gz -ref 3Dimg.nii.gz -out NewImg.nii.gz -applyxfm Any ideas?
