I realise you are sharing this to brighten the day and will know exactly how to remove an asbestos cement roof from a shed, as will
most folk on this list. I don’t know what Dutch legislation says about who can undertake this work but if in this case it will be non-specialists, they should still be able to remove the sheets without creating dust. Some things for Ms Teune-Pabon to look
out for… the fixing bolts should be cropped not sawn or unscrewed, so the panels can be lifted off cleanly. If the sheets are too big to be transported whole, they should not be sawn, but rather placed on a piece of sturdy plastic sheet capable of wrapping
right round the sheets forming a sort of asbestos sheet strudel, placed over something hard and sturdy like a metal ladder (likely to be to hand). Then the panels can be broken over the ladder or other suitable ‘lump’, while wrapped in the plastic. Worth
remembering that asbestos sheeting is typically 2% to 4% asbestos (usually chrysotile).
