Call for Papers Attached - apologies for cross posting


Dear all,


Three Glasgow University PhD students, Donna MacLellan, Hannah Walters and Amanda Ptolomey, are organising a one day conference on 5 September, ‘Young Women and Girls in Contemporary Scotland and Beyond’. The event will take place at the Glasgow Women’s Library and will bring together academics, students, practitioners, activists, volunteers, local communities and young women to discuss issues facing young women and girls today.



The call for conference papers is now open and will close on Friday 27 July. Proposals should address some of the key issues affecting young women and girls today in Scotland and beyond. The team also welcome proposals from individuals working in collaboration with young women and girls, communities and partner organisations.



Abstracts should be no more than 250 words and be submitted to [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>.
