Hi all,
We are looking to find out how libraries (particularly art libraries) use chat services for their customers. We would be grateful if you could spare a few minutes answering some questions about what you offer if you have a chat service in your library, or send us any information you have about what you offer if you already have something in another format!

Thanks in advance for your help.

Chat services in Libraries questionnaire

1. What product do you use for Chat?

2. Where is it accessed? (e.g. Library webpages/Library catalogue/search tools etc)

3. How long have you had a chat service?

4. What hours is chat available?

5. Who staffs your service? (e.g. library assistants/Librarians etc)

6. What is your service model? (e.g. timetabled slots,/staff in offices/staff at helpdesks etc)

7. What volume of enquiries do you get?

8. Have you seen an increase or any other trends since introducing chat (e.g. reduction in other modes of enquiry)

9. Do you have any other observations about using chat? (e.g. what works or doesn't for your service)
