We are looking at implementing order comms where the message is only sent to LIMS on confirmation that the sample has been taken.

Have you tested the various workflows that could support that?

I seem to remember reading an article somewhere about the number of samples received without a valid order and the rejection rate but I can’t find any information about this now. This report may have been from Leeds
