Dear colleagues
If anyone is going to the UKCGE conference in Bristol in July I'm running a session on suppporting GTAs and would be interested in talking to others about resources.

cc- ing Alex Standen who has some super resources on teaching situations.

Also (warninig - shameless plug!) Cordelia Bryan and I are editing a 2nd edition of 'Innovative Assessment in Higher Education: a handbook for academic practice'. It is aimed at new academics and GTAs and there are a couple of chapters about how to support GTAs also.  Flyer attached.

best wishes
Karen

Subject: Resources for PhD students who teach

Hi

Does anyone have any useful resources about teaching (preferably online, so websites/ blogs/ videos etc) that they’d particularly recommend to PhD students who are just beginning to teach?

Thanks in advance for the responses – I can collate and share back to the list.

Thanks,

Jessica
