Radio 4 today broadcast a short story " My Boy Jack" by anĀ Irish writer Donal Ryan, "award-winning". the story is about Jack's memory of his dead father's voice, near the end of story set around Stonehenge: "soft voice of his fatherĀ when he read Kipling to him".
Interesting that he should have chosen RK for the fictional childhood .
