Hi everyone,

Health Information Week is nearly here; it takes place next week, 2nd - 8th July 2018.
We've seen some of the activities that you're planning and they look really exciting and engaging.
Do keep sharing them on Twitter using the hashtag #HIW2018.

We have created some evaluation postcards for both attendees<http://kfh.libraryservices.nhs.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/HIW-evaluation-postcard-for-event-attendees.docx> and organisers<http://kfh.libraryservices.nhs.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/HIW-evaluation-postcard-for-event-organisers.docx> to collect immediate feedback during the week itself. This will help to assess the impact of HIW e.g. attendee numbers, number of enquiries, number of additional library subscribers, and feedback from participants.
Please send copies of your completed postcards to [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> by 31st July 2018.

You can also use this new Health and Wellbeing impact vignette template<http://kfh.libraryservices.nhs.uk/wp-content/uploads/2018/06/Health-and-wellbeing-template-003.pptx> to demonstrate the impact of your events in a visual and eye-catching way.

The HIW2018 Project team will be seeking more detailed evaluations including case studies. Please contact us if you would be interested creating a case study @HealthInfoWeek and [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]>
