Perhaps this is causing your problem? Basically, fsleyes runs fine through the GUI. The problem for me is starting it up through the terminal. Whenever I type in the command "fsleyes" into the terminal, the following error message pops up: This program needs access to the screen. Please run with a Framework build of python, and only when you are logged in on the main display of your Mac. How do I go about resolving this? It's not a huge issue, but it is fairly concerning that I cannot get fsleyes to work directly from the terminal.
