Yes I figured out that it won't be a problem doing the analysis with FSL, so I will ues this and not R.
I will use FEAT because I have task based data and I wanted to ask you if it is possible to perform the preprocessing without do the stats part in FEAT and then do the stats part without setting up the preprocessing.
This because I wanted to have all the data preprocessed and then do the GLM model and spend more time on doing all the regressors and tuning all the paramenters, EVs and Contrasts.
Is it a good choice or would it be better to do everything once I have everything ready for the GLM model?
