Hi Alle,

Yes - you can do it like so:

fsleyes path/to/image.nii -v 1

You can get help for of the command line options via fsleyes --fullhelp

Cheers,

Paul

Scrolling through the command-line options of fsleyes, I couldn't see an option to view volume 1 of a 4D files - is there a way to do that?

The reason is simple - I'm looking at the output of fsl_glm and volume 0 is the intercept - and I would prefer to keep it that way.
So then it would be handy to open the zstats file at volume 1, eg in a script where the right contrast, colour bar etc are also set.

Many thanks,
Alle Meije
