Hi everyone!I have a small problem with loading AAL atlas to fsleyes. Has anyone tried to do so?
Because when I try to do so. I have this error.
An error occurred loading the atlas specification /home/peyman/Programs/aal/AAL/aal/atlas/AAL (copy).xml.
Details: list index out of range
Is there a problem with my xml file?
I know for Probabilistic atlases there is a limit of 100 indexes, but I thought this problem exist solely for Probabilistic ones and not for Label type. Is this the case? if so how can I solve the problem without eliminating any region from the atlas?
