Hi Mel We've been using 7zip and it's very easy to use - I think it might be a windows product - try right clicking on a file and see if the option comes up. I usually send the encrypted file in email 1 of 2 and password only in second email. When sending sensitive info to the exam boards, eg form 8 or form 10, how are you ensuring the email is secure? Has anyone been protecting their emails and issuing the board with a password and, if so, is this working? Has anyone put a better system in place?
