I can confirm that the Idea Store is an inclusive and friendly place to work.
They have weekly meetings and CPD, and the Borough itself has been one of the leading examples in terms of good practice in ESOL.
Opportunities like these are rare, if you work in a university and teach PGCE students could you please forward it to them, thank you
The sector seems to be experiencing a shortage of ESOL teachers!
I know of another local authority who received zero applications for their last advert! Zero that’s totally unbelievable and unheard of.
Anyway back to Tower Hamlets Idea Store
It’s a very good place to work!!
Thank you

Tower Hamlets has one of the most economically and socially diverse communities in the UK. We are committed to delivering the best possible outcomes for our learners, and provide a unique combination of adult learning, library and information services through Idea Stores and community venues.

The posts are full time (term time only) and fixed term for an initial period of 12 months.

Please apply via our website at http://ig24.i-grasp.com/fe/tpl_lbth01.asp. We cannot accept application by CV.
