Early bird discounts on registration ends on June 25, 2018 (Monday) for the seventh Annual Kathmandu Conference on Nepal and the Himalaya
25-27, July 2018 | Hotel Shanker, Kathmandu

Registration fees with early-bird discount:
Nepali and other South Asian students: NPR 2,000
Nepali and other South Asian professionals: NPR 2,800
Non-South Asian students: USD 40
Professional, including South Asians, living outside South Asia: USD 60

The early-bird registration discount of 20% can be availed of in all categories if done before the end of the day of 25 June 2018 (Monday). The full fee applies thereafter. Please note there will be no refunds for cancellations.

Full registration fees:
Nepali and other South Asian students: NPR 2,500
Nepali and other South Asian professionals: NPR 3,500
Non-South Asian students: USD 50
Professional, including South Asians, living outside South Asia: USD 75

Registration is compulsory to attend the conference. Registration entitles participants to entry to the conference as well as all meals served over the three days. There is no deadline but since there are a limited number of seats, registration will be on a first-come basis.

All registered participants receive the full set of conference papers by email to allow everyone time to go through the papers prior to the conference and engage in fruitful exchanges during the conference proper.
