Hi Karen, We tried to update to 18.1 on our development server when it was first released but came across an error that couldn’t be resolved. Advanced advised that they had released a new version to resolve the error but last time we tried it was still happening. We’ve been waiting on a response from Advanced since 23/04. If so are you having any issues? • We have, so far, had problems with our ILR workshop, OneAdvanced provided a script to fix this. • We have problems processing our Application Requests, still awaiting a solution • and we are now having problems with Parent/Guardian Info change requests coming through blank, also awaiting a solution. Goodness knows what else will arise. I must say I’m not impressed at all.
