Hi Victoria,

I had the same problem, using the DJI Osmo, it went floppy after a while and became very hot. It was within warranty and I had it sent in. However I heard from a few people with similar problems and apparently it’s down to level it correctly when setting up. One side, the arm which connects the Gimbal and phone is heavier than the other, so when you attach the phone check that the weight is evenly distributed before calibrating, otherwise it has to work too hard to keep it level which causes the overheating and floppyness. Hope this helps.

Hi all,

I have recently been playing with a gimbal to try and stabilise my phone to create steady Facebook Live streams. However, I do not believe I have the calibration correct as it keeps going floppy mid live stream! I was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem and whether there is a way of correcting it / alternative solution?

Many thanks,

Victoria
