Hi, Has anyone successfully been able to provide off-site access to Factiva? We are currently unable to access Factiva via our extranet and have a cohort of students starting who require access from off-site. Our IT Services team have been informed but haven't been able to resolve the issue as yet. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. We IP authenticate from on-campus without problem.
