I am a new FSL user and I am trying to run epi_reg, but I keep getting an error message that /usr/local/fsl/bin/imglob: No such file or directory. I have looked at the Archives and it appears I may be missing some files. In prior posts, I also saw that I should have a folder called fslpython in $FSLDIR, but that appears to be missing as well (I have 'python' folder with subfolder 'mist', but no fslpython folder). How do I get these folders/files? Any help would be appreciated. Karen Seymour
