Hi Joseph,

The screenshot didn't come through, probably because it exceeds the mailing list attachment size limit. Can you put it up online somewhere, e.g. dropbox?

It would also be useful if you could share the images that you were viewing, and a diagnostic report ("File -> Diagnostic report").

Cheers,

Paul

I'm having some intermittent problems with images turning black with fsleyes. I am using fsl 5.0.11, and had originally experienced a problem in fsleyes v. 0.22.0. My activation volume has turned black in one view only (e.g., saggital). After updating to 0.22.6 the brain in the axial view has turned black. Screen shot below. I've tried changing the intensity range, turning the brain on and off, but that one panel still shows as black.

I'm running Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server release 6.9. The system is due to be upgrade to RH7 next week, so maybe that will take care of the problem. I've only seen this problem when I load an atlas along with a stats volume.
