Hi all. I am trying to resize an Electron Potential map of a helix with 100*100*800 box size into 270*270*270 box size to use as a reference map. I tried using "relion_image_handler" by doing --new_box 270. But it cut out part of my helix. I also tried using e2proc3d.py by doing clip=270,270,270. It showed similar result. I am wondering if anyone could help me with that? -Yangqi
