The Oxford Martin Future of Food Programme and The British Museum are hosting a one day conference on the 23rd August 2018, at the Oxford Martin School, Oxford.
 
This conference brings together leading researchers and practitioners to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the field of archaeology, anthropology and global food security.

Call for papers

 
The call for papers is now open. Presentations are limited to 15 minutes and will each be followed by a short question and answer session. We also encourage any proposals for 30 minute panel sessions and A1/A0 poster presentations.
 
Please send an abstract of 250–300 words to [log in to unmask] by 18th May 2018. Successful applicants will be notified by 1st June 2018.
