Subject: Implementing DG30

Dear All,

As you are aware NICE DG30 recommends using FIT testing for symptomatic primary care patients:

https://www.nice.org.uk/guidance/dg30/chapter/1-Recommendations

Now some of our GPs request that this test be made available for them on the ICE system, have any of you implemented this test either by doing it in house or as a send away test?

How is it being funded?

Any information regarding this will be greatly appreciated.

Regards,

Mohammad
