Subject: FW: [CHE Network] Residential on Plan de Vida (Life Plan) on Bute, 4th - 7th May

Apologies for this group email and if this is a duplicate. I’m sharing this as I attended a two day workshop in Govan in 2016, when Jeremias visited Scotland for the first time. His approach and stories of Plan de Vida gave my mind and heart a new way of thinking about and living in the world. Plan de Vida is a refreshing and inspiring approach to community – an approach from which we can learn a lot. This is a one-off opportunity with the Misak tribe visiting Scotland. Please share with your networks.

please find information below and on the attached leaflet about an upcoming residential training. We very much hope to welcome community activists and practitioners.

How can we reconnect to place, rebuild community and reclaim our futures?

Residential Training and Skillshare on the Plan de Vida (Life Plan) of the Misak indigenous people of Colombia

4-7 May 2018

<http://www.antearman.org/> An Tearman, Isle of Bute

<http://www.lifemosaic.net/> LifeMosaic and the <http://www.che.ac.uk/> Centre for Human Ecology will host a residential training on Plan de Vida (Life Plan), a radical approach for communities to re-envision and take control of their futures, first developed by the Misak indigenous people of Colombia. The training will be facilitated by Misak leaders Jeremias Tunubalá Ullune, and (pending a successful visa application) Liliana Pechene Muelas, with support from both hosting organisations. We will think, share meals and spend time together in the beautiful house and grounds of An Tearman.

Please find more information, including how to get a space, on the attached sheet or <http://www.che.ac.uk/how-can-we-reconnect-to-place-rebuild-community-and-reclaim-our-futures/> on the CHE website.

We'd also be grateful if you could share the info with your relevant networks and friends who may be interested. Many thanks!

Warmest greetings,

the CHE & LifeMosaic organising team
