Bydd yr hyfforddiant hwn yn cael ei roi drwy gyfrwng y Saesneg.
Llywodraeth Cymru sy'n darparu'r cwrs hwn, sy'n rhad ac am ddim, ac mae’n cael ei gynnig i staff a gwirfoddolwyr
sy'n gweithio yn amgueddfeydd, archifdai a llyfrgelloedd Cymru.
Mae MALD yn cynnig cyfres o dri chwrs ar gyfer y sector, yn seiliedig ar y thema Gofalu am Gwsmeriaid. Er nad oes gorfodaeth ar neb i fynd i'r tri, byddem yn argymell eich bod chi neu gydweithiwr o'ch sefydliad, yn gwneud
yr ymdrech i wneud er mwyn cael y gorau o'r hyfforddiant.
Ffocws yr hyfforddiant hwn yw creu profiad adeiladol i gwsmeriaid a delio â chwsmeriaid anodd ac â gwrthdaro. Mae'r cyrsiau hyn yn wahanol i gyrsiau gwasanaethu cwsmeriaid arferol sy'n canolbwyntio ar "roi i'n cwsmer yr hyn
mae e am ei gael neu mwy na'r hyn y gallwn ei gynnig yn gyson". Rydyn ni am eich helpu i ganolbwyntio ar roi profiad adeiladol i'ch cwsmeriaid/cleientiaid, hyd yn oed pan na fyddwch yn gallu rhoi iddyn nhw yr hyn y maen nhw eisiau. Wrth galon hynny y mae
rheoli a phennu disgwyliadau'r cwsmer, a darparu yn unol â'r disgwyl hwnnw.
Sut i roi profiad adeiladol i'ch cwsmer
Mae hon yn elfen newydd i'n cyfres o gyrsiau hyfforddi ac mae wedi cael ei datblygu gan ddefnyddio ein model R.E.D ein hunain ar sut i ddarparu profiad adeiladol wrth wasanaethu cwsmeriaid. Carreg sylfaen y model R.E.D. ar
gyfer gwasanaethu cwsmeriaid yw pennu a rheoli disgwyliadau cwsmeriaid ac yna darparu yn unol â'r disgwyl hwnnw. Mae llawer o gyrsiau gwasanaethu cwsmeriaid yn fwy addas ar gyfer sefyllfa werthu. Mae'r model R.E.D. wedi'i ddatblygu ar sail profiad helaeth
o ddatblygu a darparu gwasanaethau yn y sectorau cyhoeddus a gwirfoddol a chafwyd ei fod yn effeithiol iawn wrth ddarparu gwasanaeth.
Sut i Ddelio â Chwsmeriaid Anodd
Mae'r cwrs wedi'i rannu'n ddwy ran. Gan ddefnyddio cymysgedd o strategaethau a thechnegau o'r gorau y gall y gwyddorau ymddygiadol
ei gynnig ac arweiniad, mae'r cwrs yn esbonio:
a) Sut i ddelio ag ymholiadau anodd a chymhleth a allai arwain at wrthdaro neu brofiad gwael i'r cwsmer.
b) Sut i ddelio â chwsmeriaid anodd o wahanol fathau yn ogystal â'r rheini ag anghenion cymhleth - cynigir strategaethau, sgiliau
a dealltwriaeth i helpu pobl i deimlo'n hyderus wrth ddelio â'r ddau.
Gweithdy ar Ddenu Cwsmeriaid Newydd
I ddenu cwsmeriaid newydd, mae'n bwysig deall:
- Beth maen nhw eisiau
- Pam maen nhw ei eisiau
- Sut i roi profiad adeiladol
- Beth all rhwystro hynny a beth i'w wneud ynghylch hynny
- Sut i ennyn ffyddlondeb cwsmeriaid a'u cael i ddod yn ôl
Bydd y diwrnod yn canolbwyntio ar ddeall, mapio a dylunio taith eich darpar gwsmer a thaith y cwsmer
sy'n dychwelyd. Bydd yn cyflwyno dysgwyr i gysyniadau, theorïau a modelau o fyd marchnata, seicoleg ymddygiadol, cyfathrebu, dylanwad moesegol a pherswâd iddynt allu datblygu cynllun gweithredu sy'n ymdrin â:
Atyniad:
Sut i greu "atyniad" cryf fydd yn apelio at eich cwsmeriaid targed ac yn eu denu
Amgylchedd:
Nodi rhwystrau ffisegol a seicolegol sy'n rhwystro cwsmeriaid newydd a chwsmeriaid sy'n dychwelyd rhag defnyddio'ch gwasanaeth - a beth
i'w wneud â'r rhwystrau hynny.
Profiad: Sut i roi profiad a fydd yn siwtio dymuniadau cwsmeriaid gwahanol. Sut i wneud pawb wrth eu bodd.
Dychwelyd:
Mae'n bwysig denu pobl yn ôl. Bydd y rhan hon o'r dydd yn canolbwyntio ar sut i ennyn ffyddlondeb a'r awydd i ddod yn ôl dro ar ôl tro.
Cyn diwedd y dydd, bydd y dysgwr wedi deall beth yw taith berffaith i gwsmer ac wedi creu rhywbeth addas i'w weithlu a'i sefyllfa y gall weithio arno ar ôl dychwelyd adref. Bydd natur ryngweithiol
y dydd, y cynllun gweithredu y byddan nhw wedi'i baratoi a'r hyfforddiant di-dâl am fis yn eu helpu i gymhwyso'r hyn ddysgan nhw yn ystod y dydd i'r gweithlu. Bydd y cyfan wedi'i ddylunio i hannog y dysgwyr i gymryd rhan, ennyn eu diddordeb a'u cael i deimlo
mai nhw piau'r hyfforddiant.

This training will be delivered through the medium of English
This free course is provided by the Welsh Government and is open to staff and volunteers working in museums, archives and libraries in Wales.
MALD is offering a suite of 3 courses for the sector, based around Customer Care. Although it is not a requirement to attend all three, we would recommend that you or a colleague from your organisation, make every effort to do so in order
to get the full benefit of the training.
This is Customer service training with a focus on creating a positive customer experience and dealing with conflict/difficult customers. Our approach differs to ‘generic’ customer service courses – “give the customer what they want, or above
and beyond what we can consistently offer” in that we want to help you focus on providing your customers/clients with a positive customer experience, even when you can’t give them what they want. And at the heart of this is managing and setting customer expectation,
then delivering to that expectation.
How to deliver a positive customer experience
This is a new addition to our suite of training courses and has been developed using our own R.E.D. Customer Service model on how to deliver a positive customer experience. The R.E.D. model has setting and managing customer expectation and
then delivering to that expectation as the foundation stone for a positive customer experience. Many customer service courses are more suited to a sales setting. The R.E.D. model has been developed on extensive experience developing and delivering services
in the public and voluntary sectors and has been found to be extremely effective in service based delivery.
How to Manage Difficult Customers
This is a course of two parts. Using a mix of strategies and techniques from the best in behavioural science, and leadership the course
explains:
a) How to manage difficult and complex enquiries which has the potential to lead to conflict or a negative customer
experience.
b) How to manage difficult customers of varying kinds as well as those with complex needs provides strategies, skills and understanding
to help people feel confident in dealing with both.
Attracting New Customers Workshop
To attract new customers, it is important to understand:
- What they want
- Why they want it
- How to deliver a positive experience
- What gets in the way and what to do about it
- How to foster loyalty and returning customers
The focus of the day will be to understand, map out and design your potential and returning customer’s journey.
We will introduce delegates to concepts, theories and models from the worlds of marketing, behavioural psychology, communication, ethical influence and persuasion to enable them to develop an action plan comprising of:
Attraction:
How to create a compelling ‘call’ designed to appeal to and attract your target customers
Environment:
Identify physical and psychological barriers that prevent new and returning customers from engaging with your services – and what to do about them
Experience: How to provide an experience that will suit different customers’ preferences. How to delight everyone.
Return:
It is important you can attract ‘returners’. This part of the day will focus on how you can create loyalty and a desire to return again and again.
By the end of the day, delegates will have a full picture of the ideal customer journey and will have designed an approach specific to their own workplace and situation which will give them something
‘actionable’ when they return. The highly interactive nature of the day, the action plan they will take away and our free 1 month coaching offer to enable them to integrate the learnings from the day back in the workplace are designed to foster participation,
enthusiasm and a sense of ownership in our delegates.
