We think the increase was partly thanks to us showing the % response rate for different parts of the organisation (in our case, for different research divisions) in the reminders to complete the survey. This prompted a level of healthy competitiveness. The email reminders also came from senior management – which also helped. It would also be helpful to know if this rate has remained consistent, or whether there has been an increase/decrease recently.
