User Experience:
Understanding the notion of the User
and applying UX techniques
17th April 2018
10:00am – 16:30pm
We
hope that you will join us and Donna Lanclos, Library Ethnographer and Associate Professor for Anthropological Research, to ‘deconstruct the notion of the user’.
She will also lead an exercise on how to apply Cognitive Mapping.
Two universities, Anglia Ruskin and Kingston, will then discuss how their library teams have used UX
to make service improvements.
