OsnatBest,I hope that helps - and I'll keep picking my brains to see if I can remember other demos I particularly liked.It's also possible to build small light-based theremins out of arduinos, raspberry pis etc where the pitch changes as light levels change. Light harps work on a similar principle and are visually stunning.Hi Sam,Speaking as a person who likes shiny demos rather than as a person who builds them, my absolute favourite demo for light/sound is the Rubens' tube, otherwise known as that cool flame tube everyone brings out. I think it's absolutely wonderful.
