Vicki,
Do you happen to have an IncludeFile for an old Oxford config somewhere?

We do and we've put the new entry above the old one, so it looks like this:

T Oxford Journals (new platform Fall 2016)
U https://academic.oup.com/
DJ oup.com<http://oup.com>
#Keep in addition to other Oxford Journals entry (with the IncludeFile) until old system is deprecated

# T Oxford Journals
IncludeFile config/oxford.cfg

You include file would be named differently. I've tested from off campus and we don't seem to be having any issues.

Good afternoon,

I know I have raised this before and I thought I would try one last time before I give up and thanks to those that have provided advice. We are still having problems authenticating access to our resources from OUP, we use Shibboleth and that is ok. Ezproxy is not recognising our site.

This is our stanza

I contacted OUP and they said the stanza looks correct, so no luck there - can anybody see anything wrong in the above, or needs changing, before I hang up my snow boots on this one.
