When we discussed Christmas opening hours for the SRS, I said the safe settings would be closed from Thursday 21st December and re-open on Wednesday 3rd January. Rachel asked about the possibility of actioning any SFTP requests on 21st and 22nd December and also 2nd January. I've had a chat with the team and it's likely that Joe will be able to provide some SFTP cover on these dates although it will probably be reduced from our usual 10am, 12, 2pm and 4pm slots. We aren't likely to have any new staff in place by this time hence I can't commit to providing a full service. (I may be around on 21st and 22nd December but possibly working from home so I won't be able to SFTP).
