Subject: Nominations open for the Jean Vanier Emerging Scholar Plenary Lecture at the 2018 Summer Institute

For the past two years, the Summer Institute on Theology and Disability has featured one lecture by an emerging scholar (recent Ph.D.) working at the intersections of faith, theology, and disability.  They are chosen by a nominations and review process.  The criteria are now posted for next year’s Institute in Raleigh at http://faithanddisability.org/2018-institute/ <http://faithanddisability.org/2018-institute/>.  The person chosen has their expenses paid to the Summer Institute and is given a modest honorarium.

Please share with people you know who might be eligible and/or with others who might know of potential candidates. Self nominations are permitted.
