Really salient points Kate.
And agree, the social media questions are slightly odd for a number of
reasons.

Regarding the other question - the survey participants are self selecting.
From memory, when Richard Ellis presented the results at the launch, there
is a cohort of *I think* aprox 150 orgs who have filled in every year. The
rest change yoy.
