Hi Charlie,

That exception happens when the application accesses to a voxel out of the volume or a position that does not exist.
Do all your masks have exactly the same dimensions? They should.
It seems that the third mask specified in mask.txt (volume2) is causing the problem.
What happens if you remove it?

Moises.

Dear Experts,

I was running probtrackx for performing probabilistic tractography and using 90 masks from AAL template for obtaining white matter network. The terminal showed as follow:

mkdir -p /home/charile/data/Lou_DTI/ab100358_pn
/usr/share/fsl/5.0/bin/probtrackx2 --network -x /home/charile/data/Lou_DTI/ab100358_pn/masks.txt  -l --onewaycondition --omatrix1 -c 0.2 -S 2000 --steplength=0.5 -P 5000 --fibthresh=0.01 --distthresh=0.0 --sampvox=0.0 --xfm=/home/charile/data/Lou_MNI_to_B0/ab100358_MNI_to_B0_warp.nii.gz --invxfm=/home/charile/data/Lou_MNI_to_B0/ab100358_B0_to_MNI_warp.nii.gz --forcedir --opd -s /home/charile/data/Lou_DTI/ab100358.bedpostX/merged -m /home/charile/data/Lou_DTI/ab100358.bedpostX/nodif_brain_mask  --dir=/home/charile/data/Lou_DTI/ab100358_pn
Log directory is: /home/charile/data/Lou_DTI/ab100358_pn
Running in network mode
load seeds
Load bedpostx samples

2_1
2_2
2_3

nfibres  : 2
nsamples : 50

Done loading samples.
Volume seeds
volume 0
volume 1
volume 2

and then error happened. It showed as 'Errors: terminate called after throwing an instance of 'NEWMAT::IndexException'. And then the calculation terminated. Where did it go wrong? The masks of each 90 regions were generated through WFU PickAtlas Tool.

Hope anyone could help me with it.

Best regards
Charlie
