Hi Max,

You should be able to install FSLView or FSLeyes separately, via:

sudo apt-get install fslview
sudo apt-get install fsleyes

The version of FSLeyes on neurodebian is currently a little out of date - you can get the latest version fromĀ https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/FSLeyes

Cheers,

Paul

FSL Users,

Fist time installing FSL here. I am running Ubuntu 17.04 on a virtual machine. I have successfully installed FSL, but cannot seem to use fslview. I downloaded/installed the FSL from Neurodebian website, and while FSL seems to work fine, neither FSLView or FSLeyes is installed. Any guidance would be GREATLY appreciated!

Best,
Max
