Dear FSL users, I would like to do randomise on my TBSS data and I do not know how many permutations I should do. In the user manual is recommended 500 but I am not sure if it is not too low. I have 2 groups (25 vs 35 subjects) so it means approximately 2e15 possible permutations and I should do only 500? I think that number of subjects and number of permutations are not independent or they are? Thank you for your help. Marek
