Hi, I am running a loop for probtrackx2. And it keep telling me there is an error opening the merged_th1samples files in bedpost while loading it. ** ERROR: nifti_convert_nhdr2nim: bad sizeof_hdr ** ERROR (nifti_image_read): cannot create nifti image from header '/data/QM/y.fathy/DTI/CO_11/CO_11_DTI.bedpostX/merged_th1samples.nii.gz' ** ERROR: nifti_image_open(/data/QM/y.fathy/DTI/CO_11/CO_11_DTI.bedpostX/merged_th1samples): bad header info ERROR: failed to open file /data/QM/y.fathy/DTI/CO_11/CO_11_DTI.bedpostX/merged_th1samples Any ideas what i can do?
