Dear FSL experts,

Followed the steps given https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsl/fslwiki/FslInstallation/Windows,
there is problem in installing fsl even though internet connected.
I am using OS- Windows 10 and VMware player 12.

[root@localhost fsluser]# /usr/local/fsl_installer/fslinstaller.py
--- FSL Installer - Version 3.0.3 ---
When asked a question, the default answer is given in square brackets. Hit the Enter key to
accept this default answer.
[FAILED] Connection refused

Please help.
