Hi Nathan,

Unfortunately the version of FSLeyes that was included in FSL for CentOS7 is the wrong version. You just need to download the latest version of FSLeyes (for CentOS7) from the URL below, and replace your existing version with it.

Cheers,

Hello,

I recently installed FSL (following the installation guide) using the VMware Player virtual box on my Windows 10 laptop, and am having issues opening FSLeyes. The other features appear to be working fine, though I am a new user of the program. My partner also installed the software on two of his machines (one running Windows 10, the other Windows 8), and he appears to be experiencing the same issues that I am.

Below is the error message that appears in the Terminal after I proceed to open up the program. Again, this is my first time using this software and virtual machines in general, so I am not really sure how to interpret it. This question may have been answered previously here, but I could not find what I was looking for after doing a bit of searching.

Thanks for your help,

-Nathan
