The Cardiovascular Epidemiology team at the University of Leeds are looking to appoint two full-time Medical Statisticians. As a Medical Statistician you will contribute to a defined area of cardiovascular research which underpins policy, practice and education and makes a positive difference to health, locally, nationally and internationally. You will join a high impact, internationally recognised team of clinical and non-clinical researchers and contribute to the analysis of large datasets to investigate cardiovascular care and outcomes. You will be based at the Medical Research Council Bioinformatics Centre in the Leeds Institute for Data Analytics at the University of Leeds. Using your expertise in advanced statistics, you will analyse large and complex data sets, contribute to research applications and to the preparation of peer-reviewed manuscripts.
