Hi All

Just to flag up a couple of things for you to keep your ears attuned!

First Monday: Sound Salon takes a big step on Monday 3rd April when we visit Anderson Acoustics close to London Bridge, who have offered us an 8:1 3D surround sound suite with which to listen to work. So this is a call out to anyone with work-in-progress or finished compositions, whether a soundscape or an audio or sound walk, or a video-related or geo-located media, that they would like some friendly critical ears to listen to and receive some constructive advice from sound specialists. It is a free event, but numbers are limited so please book - all the details are on the Museum of Walking website and you can book via Eventbrite - where we ask you to provide some tech details: https://first_monday-sound-salon aprl17.eventbrite.co.uk

Julian Rickert, founder member of internationally acclaimed "one step at a time like this" talks about walking and creating performances in the streets for audiences of one at a time, in which you as the audience member engage both imaginatively and directly with the city, passers-by, narrative and your own place within these. Please listen and share with friends and colleagues - there are share buttons at the bottom of the web page: http://www.talkingwalking.net/julian-rickert-talking-walking/

With best wishes, Andrew
