At least three barristers have signed undertakings in the past; all three were named. CMPs are a punishment - surely part of the punishment should be bad publicity? A quick survey of enforcement actions in 2016-17 https://ico.org.uk/action-weve-taken/enforcement?rows=125 shows numerous individuals named in prosecutions, but no individuals named in monetary penalty circumstances.
