Dear Sir,

When i used "Display Surface Results" , and selected "log" files for both rh and lh, i could not see any results displayed. Is there any other way to check the results ?.

Thanks
Vasudev

please use the function „Display surface results“ as mentioned in the „quick start guide“. This function also allows to use atlas information.

best,

Dear Sir,

Is there any way to check the MNI coordinates of ROI where i can see statistical significance ( see the figure attachment ) , also could you please let me know which atlas i have to use for overlay .

Thanks

Dear Vasudev,

if you want to analyze the results of a 2-sample T-test you can only select one contrast at each time. You have selected two opposite contrast (A>B & B>A) as conjunction (where are both contrast significant). This will never result in any finding.

Best,

Christian

Dear Sir,

I have modelled SBM analysis as described CAT 12 manual and when i thought
of checking the results of group level study with 2 sample T test between 2
groups, i am unable to obtain any statistical outputs at cluster level. I
am attaching the figure for your notice, kindly let me know where i made a
mistake in my SBM analysis .

Thanks
