Perhaps you have an idea of where these 'holes' in the warped normalized image come from (please see screenshot)?

I used the default settings.

Thanks a lot, please find the image in the attachment. I actually 
misphrased in the earlier email, it is only the warped T1-w scan that 
has these 'holes'
