Dear SPMers, I was just wondering whether anyone has experience in using SPM for preprocessing of UHF (7T) fMRI data and could make some recommendations regarding realignment. In how far should the SPM default values used for realignment be adapted for higher resolution (and reduced field of view) data? Is realign and unwarp (correction for movement by distortion interactions only - without B0 map) a good option to use in the case where the overall distortions will be in addition corrected by a reversed PE direction approach, or is it not adapted for UHF data and one should rather use realign only?
