Dear all,

This is the link to the Today story to which I alerted Roy: https://www.theguardian.com/media/greenslade/2016/jun/30/scientist-complains-to-bbc-about-being-misled-over-radio-4-interview?CMP=share_btn_fb#_=_

I’m coming to the conclusion that such is the miasma of chaos and uncertainty which now surrounds us, this kind of firefighting is the only work one can do at the moment. For example, I’m trying to write a book chapter about the press and human rights, but if the Tories have their way, under either Gove or May, there won’t be any rights in the accepted sense. So what’s the point?

Best, Julian.
